Heather Graham is hot on New Year’s vacation!

The actress, who will celebrate her 55th birthday later this month, welcomed 2025 on Instagram as she posed in a navy blue bikini in a hot tub amid a snowy mountain backdrop.

During his visit to Jackson Hole, Wy. Graham took more photos in a white crop top, skinny jeans, black boots, a hot pink puffer jacket and a wide-brimmed hat, in front of a fireplace in the cottage. One of the last photos also shows her boyfriend John de Neufville.

The last slide of the post, which she shared on Monday, December 30, included a video Chosen family star showing off some moves on the slopes as he heads down the hill on a pair of skis.

She went on to say that she is “learning to ski from @bennyskispowder and looking for ways to be healthy and happy in the new year.”

“I love yoga, I mediate,” the Best. Christmas. Ever! actress he said in 2020. “I do affirmations every day because, like everyone, I’m afraid of getting old.”

Graham added: “Culture will try to tell you, ‘Now is the time to feel bad about yourself.’ I say, ‘Now is the time to feel even better.’ ”
