Helena Howard was born on Thursday, July 23, 1998 (22 years old in 2021) in New York, USA. She grew up in New Jersey, USA. At the age of three, she developed a strong interest in acting after watching the movie “The Mummy” (1999). She attended the Union County Performing Arts Academy in New Jersey. During high school, she participated in the Union County Youth Arts Festival, where she performed a monologue from David Harrow’s play “Blackbird”. Her performance caught the attention of Hollywood director Josephine Decker, who cast Helena in the film “Madeline’s Madeline”. Later, she took acting courses at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.
