Hemant Mahaur

Hemant Mahaur is an Indian director, producer, writer and actor. He is known for his roles in Hindi films including Agent Vinod (2012), Highway (2014) and Phantom (2015).

Hemant Mahaur was born on Wednesday, August 18, 1976 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh (47 years; as of 2023). His zodiac sign is Leo. He studied for a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Later, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in law; however, he dropped out to pursue an acting career. In 1994-95, attended a one-year diploma course in drama at Sriram Centre, New Delhi. He holds a graduate degree in theater arts. Hemant is an alumnus of the National School of Drama, New Delhi, where he specialized in acting from 1995 to 1998.

Hemant made his acting debut in 1999 with the film Shool. He has appeared in the BAFTA-winning and Oscar-nominated Hindi film The Warrior (2001) and the National Award-winning film Swaraj The Little Republic (2003). Hemant acted as the voice artist for the character of Duryodhana in the 2012 animated film Arjun: The Worried Prince. In 2012, he also appeared in the movie “Agent Vinod”.
