Hilary Duff’s husband Matthew Koma revealed that he had a vasectomy.
On Monday, Koma, 36, shared several snaps and clips of his surgery on his Instagram Story, starting with a selfie in a car with the caption, “It’s vasectomy day!!!!!!” adding another of his “post-vasectomy fit checks” as he took a selfie of his outfit in the mirror.
The musician then shared more mirror selfies as he awaited the procedure in hospital, revealing he had taken a valium and was “feeling high”.
Koma, who is expecting his third child with wife Duff (her fourth), went on to pose for another selfie in his post-op hospital cap and gown, writing: “Honestly, not bad at all. Better than going to the dentist set for sure.”

“10/10 I would recommend,” Koma added alongside another picture of himself wearing only black underwear and what appeared to be a bandage underneath as he gave a thumbs up.
The producer also told fans he’s “high on” and has “never done drugs in my life”, adding “This is cool” as he shared another selfie.

Among Koma’s many photos, he included one of Duff, also 36, in the driver’s seat of a car. “Hot nurse,” he captioned the picture.
Koma’s vasectomy comes after Duff announced the couple are expecting their third child together in December 2023. Lizzie McGuire alum revealed the exciting news while sharing their family Christmas card on Instagram, which featured a photo of her lying on her stomach.

“So much for quiet nights. With love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie team,” read the front of the card, while the back added: “Buck in Buttercups, we’re adding another one to this crazy bunch!”
Duff and Koma have daughters Banks Violet (5) and Mae James (2) together, while Duff is also mother to son Luca Cruz (11) with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

Duff and Koma tied the knot in December 2019. The couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary last year with another typically sassy post from Koma.
