THIS is the horror moment a jealous killer deliberately rammed his car into her fiancé in a deadly “game of chicken”.
Alice Wood, 23, used her Ford Fiesta as a weapon to hit Ryan Watson, 24, after they rowed after a party.

On the third attempt, Ryan was thrown under the car and dragged 158 meters as witnesses heard screams of “life threatening”.
Shocking footage shows philosophy student Wood constantly driving her fiance while he’s on the bonnet.
After hitting Ryan, she knocked on the door and told the homeowner, “Please call 911. I think I ran over my boyfriend.”
In a separate clip, Wood can be seen crying and holding her hands up as she is arrested on suspicion of murder.
She tells the cop “Just shoot me in the head,” before accepting, “It’s okay, I deserve it.”
Wood was today convicted of murder following a trial at Chester Crown Court.
Speaking after the verdict, Ryan’s family said: “Today we finally got justice for our beloved son Ryan.
“Alice is in jail where she belongs. But no sentence will be long enough for what she took from us and Ryan, he will never live his life and fulfill his dreams.”
Jurors heard the couple were at a party in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, when the horror happened.
Ryan was seen “having a good time, being a sociable and outgoing guest, having fun and dancing.”
But in comparison, Wood was “a bit cold” as if she wasn’t “the happiest”.
One female guest said she “clicked” with Ryan during the fight on May 6, 2022, but felt Wood “glaring” at her.
The pair left the party with Wood driving her boyfriend’s Fiat as they headed home.
After parking, she got into her own car where she reversed into Ryan – almost hitting him, the court heard.
Wood then drove backwards and forwards as her boyfriend drove away.
Ryan was pulled under the front bumper and was trapped under the chassis of the car for almost 160 meters.
Andrew Ford, KC, prosecuting, said: “Whilst we are deeply serious and tragic, we say this is a simple case.
“She lost her temper, had an argument with her boyfriend when they were drunk, in the car.
“Things got tough, he got out, kicked in the door and she lost her cool and used the car as a weapon.”
The court heard that Wood had 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath, compared to the legal limit of 35.
She claimed that she drank two glasses of white wine, two glasses of rum and a glass of champagne.
During her testimony, Wood sobbed as she said it was “like she stepped into a nightmare” when she realized Ryan was under her car.
She added: “It was like I was in hell, it didn’t feel real.”
Wood told the court she was just trying to “scare” her boyfriend after they rowed and his attitude “turned”.
She said: “He immediately accused me of flirting with other men at the party and started calling me a swear word, saying I embarrassed him and showed it off in front of everyone.”
Wood claimed he grabbed her extensions and threatened her when they got home.
She then got into her car to leave, but said they continued rowing while she sat in the driver’s seat.
Wood told the jury: “The last time I said ‘Ryan, just go inside, just go to bed and I’ll be back in the morning, I’m going to see mum’ and after that he said ‘your mum is fucking dead’.”
She was remanded in custody pending sentencing.
David Jones, senior crown prosecutor at Mersey-Cheshire CPS, said: “This was a tragic loss of life of a young man with his whole life ahead of him.
“Under the influence of alcohol, it was clear that Alice Wood’s jealousy was enough ammunition to brutally kill her partner.
“While it will never make up for their devastating loss, I hope today’s sentencing brings some comfort to Ryan’s family, knowing his killer has been brought to justice.”
Ryan’s mum pays touching tribute
“Today we finally got justice for our beloved son Ryan.
“Ryan’s death has left our family heartbroken. He was taken from us too soon, he was just a young man, 24 years old, with his whole life ahead of him. He had just started his career working for the charity Headway and helping other people, which he loved to do.
“Ryan had such a great personality; he was a lively, funny, caring person with a heart of gold who would do anything for anyone. Ryan loved animals and his dogs. Ryan was always good at sports like football, BMX riding and pool. He loved hanging out with his friends and playing his music.
“We will miss him forever. All of his family and friends are heartbroken to know that we will never see him again. Words cannot describe how devastated and lost we are without Ryan. He touched the hearts and enriched the lives of all who knew him. We only spent 24 years together, but we are proud to say that he was our son and a fantastic big brother.
“Today we are grateful that we got justice for Ryan. It was so hard to watch the CCTV footage of our son being repeatedly hit by her car, then dragged across the road and still trapped under her car. I can’t imagine how scared Ryan must have been at that moment. The one person Ryan trusted the most was the person who took his life in such a violent way. I live in a nightmare knowing that my son’s last moments were so brutal.
“We saw the CCTV footage of the party that night. We are so proud to see him being such a gentleman to everyone, even when he is helping an old lady who has fallen. He was the life and soul of the party that night. “Alice is in prison where she belongs. But no sentence will be long enough for what she took from us and Ryan, he will never live his life and fulfill his dreams.
“We would like to thank all the emergency services and people at the scene who helped Ryan. To Cheshire Police, Nigel Parr and the Major Investigation Team, Liaison Officers Tom, Kerry and Kate; thank you for all the support we have received in this difficult time. Special thanks for the outstanding work from Mr. Ford and his team and CPS. Thank you to the entire jury and His Honor Judge Leeming. Thank you for all your hard work to help achieve a fair verdict and justice for Ryan.”
