After 23 months of marriage, RHOC (The Real Housewives of Orange County) alumnus David Beador has filed for divorce from his second wife, Lesley. Beador, who has a net worth as of April 2023 of $20 million, filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences”. According to TMZ, David filed on Thursday, September 15 and set their divorce date the same. The couple have a 19-month-old daughter named Anna Love Beador, with whom David appears to be seeking joint legal and physical custody.

David made sure to have signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying Lesley, and as such, he was not obligated to provide prenuptial support to his ex. The fate of the couple’s assets in Orange County and Salt Lake City will be decided in court.

Beador’s documentation reads as follows:

“When adjudicating, settling will determine the substance and amount of the petitioner’s private property.” Given the short duration of the marriage, there are only minimal joint assets and liabilities. t

David and Lesley got engaged in January 2020 and married the following October. They had a baby in early 2021, just four months later. Lesley is 20 years younger than David and has two children from a previous marriage.

David Beador, is an American businessman and business owner residing in Newport Beach, with a net worth of $20 million. He is the creator and owner of Beador Construction Inc. in California, is said to have annual sales of $13 million. The 57-year-old businessman was previously married to RHOC star Shannon Beador, but they divorced in 2017 after 17 years together. In 2019, the couple officially divorced. Sophie, 20, and Stella and Adeline, 18-year-old twins, are the three children of the former couple.

Shannon told People in 2018 that she feels “stronger” without him a year after they announced their split. She stated:

“After breaking up with David, I tried to think about myself and figure out what changes I wanted to make in myself by staying home, not going out, and not doing much.” What kind of person do I want to be? I am encouraged by many other women to stand alone. It’s hard there. And they support me.”

RHOC alumnus David is said to have paid Shannon $1.4 million in settlement, as well as $7,065 in monthly spousal support and $2,935 in monthly child support.
