On August 29, the F9 actor appeared in court in a divorce case, talking about the issues that will solve his divorce from Samantha. According to court filings, Gibson refuses to pay spousal support and wants to keep his 2016 Range Rover. Samantha, on the other hand, may have a 2017 Land Rover Discovery. Gibson is seeking physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya, as well as a final decision on non-medical emergencies for Soraya.
According to the latest court update, Gibson’s attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham questioned Samantha about her expenses from two years ago, which totaled approximately $1,740 for cosmetics. Samantha’s lawyer claimed it was unrelated to the case, but Tanya stated why Gibson believed it was.
