The modern fashionista recently shared a snap of the gorgeous dress she wore to a friend’s big day – however, the spectacular outfit caused quite a bit of drama on the platform.

The stunning gown, fit for a red carpet event, was a fitted maxi dress with a thigh-high split on one side, as well as feather detailing around the hem.

According to the style lover, who posts under the username @mrs.sophiebarnes, she has put a Karen Millen dress on sale for £120.

In the video, Sophie looked amazing as she posed next to her partner, wearing high heels and carrying a pastel blue bag on her shoulders.

While her man looked dapper in a chic suit and burgundy red bow tie, the young woman was a real princess, with a fabulous hairdo and glamorous make-up.

But while the loved-up couple really served up the look, Sophie’s dress soon sparked outrage among viewers who felt the baby blue color was inappropriate for a wedding guest.

“2. The bride knew what I was wearing and said how much she liked it.”

Luckily for the modern fashionista, there were also comments from supportive fans who couldn’t get over how stunning she looked.
