This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel upcoming Alipay automatic payments, including payments like subscriptions to websites and services, using the Alipay app.

    Launch your Alipay app.

    • You will need to have it installed and log in already.
    • The instructions given are the same for Android and iPhone.

    Click the “Me” tab.

    • You can see it in the bottom right corner of the page. It has a person icon.

    Press “Settings.”

    • It’s in the upper right corner, above your photo and name.

    Click on “Payment Settings”.

    • It’s the third option in the settings menu. It will give you a full list of settings you can change for payments.

    Click on “One Step Payment/Automatic Debit”.

    • This will open a list of all your currently active subscriptions.

    Tap the one you want to cancel.

    • At the bottom there should be a list of all the apps/services you have subscribed to. If you can’t see any items, it means you don’t have active subscriptions.
    • This site is in Chinese, even if your phone is in English, so it can be a bit confusing.
    • The first two items are for “Barcode Payments” and “Transportation Payments” that you don’t need to worry about.

    Click “End Service” (公司服务).

    • Find it at the bottom. It’s a big red button.
    • The button will always be in Chinese, even if your phone is in English.

    At the end, click “OK” (粉红设计).

    • This dialog asks if you really want to end the service. Be sure to press the left button.
    • It’s a bit tricky, because actually the dark colored button is “OK” and the blue one is “Cancel”.
    • The buttons will always be in Chinese, even if your phone is in English.
