As a result, they have introduced self-installation for those who simply sign up for their service or order equipment.
Fortunately, you don’t need technical knowledge to install and activate your Internet services. It is so simple that you do not even need the help of an expert. From your computer or any other mobile device, visit spectrum.net/selfinstall and answer the questions. You may be asked to verify your account. Your services will activate everything you have done.
Another way to activate your services is to call support and ask them to activate them. Once your services are activated, create an account on Spectrum.net to manage your account and equipment.
What to do if the installation fails?
This can happen to anyone. In case of failure, check the following:
- Check that all cables are properly plugged into the port
