Operators rated 4 stars, 5 stars and 6 stars can pass level 7 skills through mastery. To do this, the player first needs to build a training room in his complex. Alternatively, several operators can act as trainers, reducing the time required depending on the class of the learner. Most trainers have already started earning this bonus, while others do so after being promoted to Elite 1 or Elite 2.
Materials and Workshops for Ark of Tomorrow
As mentioned earlier, materials are required to upgrade skills and advance to Elite 1 and Elite 2. Materials can drop as story rewards, usually as enhancement materials. Additionally, they can be purchased in three currencies: credits for documents T1 and T2, qualified certificates for T3, and advanced certificates for T4. Credits are awarded based on the build quality of the dorm rooms, up to a maximum of 50 credits per room per day. Certification is compensation for recruiting repeat operators; 1-4 stars for degrees, 5-6 stars for advanced certificates.
Old and unnecessary materials can also be upgraded to other levels through workshops and using recipes. This is a more consistent and faster way to get material than with repetitive sanding jobs.
