Four years after release Captain Marvelexpected sequel, The Marvelsfinally hits theaters.
Directed by Nia DaCosta, the new Marvel film features the iconic team of Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani) and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) as they begin switching places each time they use their powers.
In addition to the trio of superheroes, the film also includes a new face in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Zawe Ashton (who actually has a personal connection to another Marvel stalwart: her fiance Tom Hiddleston).

When is it The Marvels theatrical release?

The Marvels premiered in Las Vegas on November 7, 2023, although the cast was unable to attend due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike (which eventually ended at midnight on November 9).
The film was officially released in theaters on November 10, making it the 33rd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Amidst the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic, Disney has given several of its films a minimum of 45 days of exclusive theatrical release before making them available through its streaming platform. However, that window has shifted quite a bit with recent Marvel releases.
For example, Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania had an approximate 60-day theatrical exclusive run, opening in theaters on February 17th and on Disney+ on May 17th.
When will The Marvels be available for streaming?

Most Marvel releases were available digitally, including platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Vudu and iTunes, approximately two months after their theatrical release. If The Marvels following example, the film will likely be available for digital purchase in early January 2024.
When will The Marvels be released on Disney+?

As well as past editions, such as Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels will likely appear on Disney+ shortly after it’s available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD, which usually happens about four months after its theatrical release. That would mean The Marvels will likely be available to stream on Disney+ in February 2024.
