FORMER EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite was spotted whipping up T-shirts and posters of herself at a car boot sale.
The actress, 53, kept a low profile at the event, where she wore a basketball cap and large dark loafers.

But bargain hunters recognized Tamzin, who played Melanie Owen in the BBC soap, and said she was struggling to sell anything.
Toyboy fan Tom Child (33) also came to the rescue.
A fellow car boot seller in Chigwell, Essex, told The Sun: “It was funny because she was selling weird-looking things, including posters of herself.
“She had a lot of them. They showed her dressed as Superwoman or something.
“She had loads of T-shirts but people just weren’t interested.
“She had a big old industrial lamp and a lot of jackets.” Tamzin was also seen browsing the shops of other retailers.
An observer added: “I don’t think their sales were a huge success, but they seemed to be having a nice day.
“She looked like she was trying not to be recognized. But there was talk of who she was and everyone was gossiping.
“I liked her in EastEnders but she was very dressed up – not as glamorous as Mel in the show.
“It made wearing hats and glasses more obvious. She stood out more, to be honest.”

The actress, who has also appeared in New Tricks, Doctor Who and Midsomer Murders, previously opened up about selling things to pay the mortgage.
In 2020, after acting work dried up due to Covid, Tamzin said: “I’m in a situation where I’m starting to sell stuff, home stuff, clothes.

“I think this is how I’ll pay the mortgage and live for a while.”
Her character Mel first appeared in the soap in October 1998 and was married to Steve Owen, a thief played by Martin Kemp. Mel was killed in November 2019.
