He had a “inappropriate relationship” with the prison nurse Elyse Hobbs, 27, and also called repeated officer Ruth Shmylo, 26, to tell her “I love you” in a series of calls from his cells.
She was accused of having a five -month relationship with Pullen – and calls between them were recorded by prison chiefs.
Pullen was released from prison after serving his mandate, but police are now looking for him for alleged drug dealing.
And four other women were arrested for allegedly helping to escape.

Police Glasnoporperon said: “Harri was last seen around 3.45pm on Wednesday, March 26 outside the Grange University Hospital, CWMBran, where he was taken after an arrest on suspicion of possession of the Class A. drug drug supply
“Pullen left the parking lot of the Grange University Hospital after someone picked it up in a black Vauxhall Insignia.
“Four women, at the age of 28, 31 41 and 58, were later arrested on suspicion that they had helped the offender.
“The 58-year-old woman has since been released to police bail, while the other three remained in police custody at the time.
“Everyone who has information about his place is required to contact us by Dnevnik Reference 2500095727.”
After the trial, Shmylo was cleaned of incomplete behavior in the public office.
Pullen first had an illegal affair with nurse Hobbs while he was at HMP Parc Bridgenda, Wales.
She was closed because of her “flirting” telephone calls with a backlog.
Hobbs has worked in prison since September 2018 and met a prisoner when she gave him medical treatment.

In 2019, Pullen was in prison for five years because of his role in the drug network that flooded the southern Wales cocaine and heroin.
He was handed over four years and nine months after the phone was found smuggled by the back as he was transferred to preparation for his release.
After being transferred to HMP Manchester in May 2021, Pullen got his mom and friend to find her on Instagram.
She gave them their number, and they exchanged texts and calls.
After the affair, Shmylo was charged with going to relate to Pullen.
She had phone sex with a lag, which was part of a gang of organized crime, and met his mother.
Cardiff Crown Court heard that Shmylo was questioned by prison chiefs for his “flirted” behavior with prisoners just months after he started his job.

Pullen told Shmylo, wishing her “Happy birthday to the princess and agreed to meet her mother, it was said.
He allegedly called a prison officer with his “lady” and repeatedly told her that he was in love with her.
Jurori heard after losing her job, Pullen was transferred 200 miles to HMP Manchester, but the couple was still in touch.
The five -month alleged affair stammered after the pair calls began to record when Pullen added Shmylo to the list of his visitors.
After being arrested, Shmylo sent “a few awards” to the police.
She admitted to having telephone sex with Pullen, but claimed she tried to tell him to “stop”.
