Ice Spice had some choice words for a social media user who had criticism for one of her recent outfits.
On Monday, a fan posted a tweet expressing his displeasure with the dress the 24-year-old “Deli” hitmaker wore to Sunday night’s Vanity Fair annual 2024 Oscars post-party.
“Wish her stylist would try harder…same lace bodysuit back to back,” one person wrote in response to photos of Ice at the event.

Ice (whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston) didn’t take the message too well, adding one of her own.

“Let’s see you b—— in a custom dolce,” she wrote.
As he posed for photos on the red carpet, the Bronx-born rapper stunned in a sheer, floor-length black dress with long sleeves. She wore a matching black bra and panties underneath.
Just after midnight the next day, Ice changed her mind about her response to the tweet.
“Sorry I was mean, I was just trying to hurt your feelings and you hurt mine :’P,” she posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).
And this is not the first time Ice has spoken out against trolls on social media.

Last summer, the “Barbie World” artist kindly blocked user X who compared her features to those of a woman with Down syndrome. In the photo, which has since been deleted, a social media user shared a photo of Ice and the woman together, seemingly saying they have a similar look.
Ice responded in support of the unidentified lady who was used in the edited image.
“You thought you ate but my sister is cute asf,” she wrote, while also reposting the initial tweet.

In January, the Grammy-nominated artist visited TODAY show in which she announced the release of her debut LP this year and explained the meaning of the project’s name.
“I’m so excited. It’s called Y2K,” she said. “I was [born on Y2K] and that’s why I decided to call him that,” referring to her birthday on January 1, 2000.

Last month, the “Princess Diana” rapper arrived at the 2024 Grammys in a 2000s-inspired Baby Phat outfit. The clothing line is owned by Kimora Lee Simmons and recently relaunched after debuting in 1999.
The denim two-piece consisted of a fur jacket and a skirt with a sexy slit in the middle and a train with sharp edges.
