According to a release from the institute, the 1st year MBA student has been awarded a stipend of Rs 1.65 lakh per month in the summer internship programme.
Despite the tough market conditions, IIM Calcutta Summer Internship 2023 internship cycle has closed on 18 October 2023 for 1st year students. During the internship, the 466 participating students received a total of 513 offers from top recruiters.

The highest domestic stipend at IIM Calcutta Summer Placements 2023 was 3.75 lakh per month and the top 25 percentile of the batch received an average of 2.31 lakh per month.
IIM Calcutta has shown great character in maintaining its culture of “leaving no one behind” as it has provided accommodation for all candidates who have opted for the placement process, the statement added.
