AN I’m Famous competitor suffered a bloody injury after pulling out of tonight’s Bushtucker Trial.
Tonight, Dean McCullough was tasked with completing Bushtucker’s third trial in three days, with the Radio One DJ thrown into the Lethal Lab – but fans were quick to express concern for the star when they noticed “blood” on his face.

Dean’s trial was based at a scientific research facility in the jungle, and he started it in an experimental area, having two minutes to complete an experiment that would have been worth two stars.
Then came seven different holding areas, where it was possible to win more stars – but will they complete them all?
In the enclosed areas, Dean was not alone and was joined by cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes and spiders.
After getting a total of four stars, the next section was filled with fish guts and Dean immediately yelled, “I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here!”

After being released, Dean returned to camp to break the news to his camp friends.
Fans watching the show at home were quick to notice how it looked like Dean’s lip was injured during the trial.

“Bless him for getting 4 stars. Also, did anyone notice Dean cut his lip,” one viewer wrote on Xu.
Another then said, “Did Dean cut his lip?”
A third added, “Is it me or did no one notice how Dean’s bottom lip on the right is fading?”
“Why is Dean’s mouth bleeding? Spider bite?” asked the fourth.

During the trial, Dean had to unscrew the stars with his mouth, which may have left a red mark on his lower lip.
A HERO’S WELCOME
But despite his suspected injury and his low star count, Dean’s camp mates were overjoyed to see the Radio One DJ return with food for dinner.
The camp seems quite pleased with his efforts and they decide to treat him to a nice bath and cuddle.
Alan and Barry gave Dean a bubble bath to enjoy while Danny gave him a head massage.

Reacting to the cute moment, one viewer on X said: “Dean gets a bubble bath thanks to Alan and shampoo from Danny for his trial work oh Dean.”
While another said: “I’ll tell you what, I’d go through that rehearsal if they put me in a bubble bath with Danny Jones massaging my head. How lucky Dean is.”
Another then raged: “So you’re telling me Dean got 4 stars and got a bubble bath but when GKBarry got 9 stars she got nothing!!??”
