The sister series will return with several hosts and will offer viewers gossip and entertainment about all the stars from the camp.
The last presenters to host it were Emily Atack and Adam Thomas, while Vick Hope hosted a version of it during 2020 called Daily Drop on ITV Hub.
A spokeswoman for the show said: “Since Extra Camp went on air four years ago, the conversation and engagement around I’m Famous…Get Me Out of Here! continues to grow across all social media platforms.
“This new ITV2 spin-off show will bring all that talk together in one place, to give viewers the ultimate IAC destination for all their news, gossip and behind-the-scenes entertainment from TV’s biggest entertainment show.”
A source said: “There’s been a lot of buzz around I’m A Celeb this year and everyone wants the extra camp naughtiness back.
“It is believed that there will be a different name for the show as it is coming back with a lot of names in the mix for hosts.
“It looks like there will also be a few presenters to add to the fun of the show.”
Stars to appear on the main show include Tommy Fury, Oti Mabuse, GK Barry, Alan Halsall and Tulisa.
It comes after The Sun revealed that this year’s celebrities will be allowed controversial Ozempic injections at the camp.
The diabetes drug, which is also used unspecified for weight loss, will be given off-camera to every celebrity with a prescription on the show.

A source explained: “The drug is already controversial after stars used it for weight loss rather than diabetes, but it’s not for ITV to pass judgement.
“Any celebrity who takes medication while in the jungle goes to ITV’s medical team off-camera for as long as they need.
“It won’t be any different with Ozempica. As long as celebrities have a proper medical certificate and a prescription, they will be able to receive their regular injection as usual.”
