Dogs are one of God’s greatest gifts to mankind. They are endlessly loyal and capable of loving without asking for anything in return. Unfortunately, people don’t treat dogs the way they deserve. Many terrible humans will mistreat these noble creatures and leave them on the cold streets.

Fortunately, there are shelters, such as the Lewis and Clarke Humane Society, that exist to care for these pets. With the help of many volunteers and staff, Lewis and Clarke became a temporary home for these dogs.

While shelters provide excellent care for dogs, it’s still different from having a permanent home. Due to the hustle and bustle of everyday life, many people wouldn’t think of adopting a pet from a shelter. Because of this, many dogs are forced to consider shelters their permanent home rather than their temporary home.

Bubba Jr. he is one of many dogs who see shelter as a permanent home, not a temporary refuge. But one volunteer decided that Βubba Jr. will stay in the shelter long enough. After ninety-four days at the shelter, Βubba Jr’s favorite volunteer brought him home.

Their story was so moving that the Ηυman Lewis and Clark Association posted it on Facebook in a unique way. They published it as a diary entry from the point of view of Βubba Jr. Needless to say, the post went viral.

In an increasingly personalized world, Βubbe Jr.’s diary entry. it reminds us how a small act of kindness can dramatically change the life of another being.

Altruistic charity is an example of love and generosity to all of us.
