Her real name was revealed after seven years
Isabella was 11 years old when she moved in with her mother Rosario in 2013 and was adopted in 2014. Rosario did not reveal her true identity until 2021. Before her true identity was revealed, Isabella called Lola. When asked about Lola’s age on the Parent’ We Are Family podcast, she said that Lola is not her real name.
