After Kaif was born, her family moved around the world, including China, Japan, France, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, and other European countries. Her family then moved to Hawaii and eventually settled in her mother’s native England. She was 11 years old at the time. Isabel graduated from Aliante International University in San Francisco. Kaif loved dancing from a young age, and her love of dance inspired her interest in acting. She grew up watching Indian films. After graduation, Kaif received four years of acting, directing, and dance training at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York.

Isabelle followed in her elder sister Katrina Kaif’s footsteps and took up theatre. She performed in theatre for many years and later co-founded a theatre production company. She made her screen debut in 2014 as “Simon” in the Indo-Canadian film Dr. Cabbie. The film was co-produced by Salman Khan.
Isabelle also starred in the short film Homecoming. The film also featured Harshvardhan Kapoor in the lead role. In 2014, she worked as an assistant director in the film Summum Bonum. She even worked as an assistant director for music videos, web shows, and television commercials during her time in the United States. In 2020, Isabelle appeared in the music video for Deep Money’s song Mashallah.
In 2021, she made her Bollywood debut with the film Time to Dance as ‘Isha’.
