Ishitta Arun is an Indian actress, VJ, dancer, lyricist and interior designer. She is known to be the daughter of popular folk singer Ila Arun.

She has hosted over 100 live stage performances. In 2006, she co-hosted a duet competition called “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Ek Main Aur Ek Tu” with Shaan. Ishitta is the founder of Ikigai & Co. With the company’s support, she organized a play called Gaa Re Maa, which was performed in 2018 as part of the 40th anniversary celebrations of Prithvi Theater in Mumbai. Ishitta composed the title song for the film Dhaakad (2022)

- When Ishitta was studying in school, the principal asked her to change her name from Ishitta Arun to Ishitta Bajpai because her mother Ila Arun was popular and the school wanted to keep their identities secret.
- Ishitta learned the choreography of the song Bijuria from Saroj Khan.
- Arun said in an interview that she has been writing for Ganeka’s advertising campaigns for several years. Furthermore, she added,
At first I had to fill in for a writer who didn’t show up one day. Then it became a long-term thing. Everyone knows that I act, but few know that I write. “
- She said in an interview that the opening part of the title song she wrote for the film Dhaakad (2022) was taken from a lullaby her grandmother sang to her when she was a child. Furthermore, she added,
