But Pougatch interrupted coverage of Portugal pasting Turkey to announce that Rohl, 35, was leaving.
The Owls boss returns to the UK to begin pre-season preparations on Wednesday.
He and Pougatch were joined in the studio yesterday by Eni Aluko and Gary Neville.
Fans were impressed with his contributions, reaching out to Xu to share their thoughts.

As well as a change of presenters, there was also a new look at the experts as Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou joined the panel.
