Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade Giannulli are “100 percent going strong,” according to a source.

The Euphoria star and Dancing with the stars alum have been in an on-again, off-again relationship since sparking dating rumors in December 2021.

Elordi and Giannulli reportedly called it quits in August 2022 because neither was pursuing anything serious. Almost a year later, the two have been spotted together several times, including on vacation in Italy in early June.

The couple also enjoyed family time together, with Elordi traveling with Giannulli to visit her parents, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, in Idaho in July 2023.

News of their relationship emerged after Elordi ended his relationship with supermodel Kaia Gerber in November 2021 after a year of dating and months after Giannulli broke up with Jackson Guthy.

Elordi’s dating history includes several of his former co-stars, including The kissing booth‘s Joey King and Euphoriais Zendaya. Meanwhile, Giannulli was previously linked to Tyler Greenwald, before dating Guthy.

In December 2021, Elordi and Giannulli were seen together in public for the first time when they went out for coffee in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, a month after the actor split from Gerber.

The Daily Mail taken pictures of a couple with a sporty casual look dressed in sweatpants. Elordi was also seen walking his golden retriever, Layla.

December 21, 2021: Sources share conflicting reports on Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade Giannulli’s relationship status

Shortly after Elordi and Giannulli went public together, sources shared with PEOPLE conflicting reports about their relationship status. While one insider said they were “casually dating,” another source said that’s not true.

“They’re not dating,” another source said. At the time, reps for Giannulli and Elordi did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Us Weekly reported that Elordi and Giannulli are officially dating, a romance seemingly confirmed five months after their first coffee date in December 2021.

At the time, a source told the paper that the couple were “in no rush to do anything serious” because “they’re both out of the relationship.” However, the insider added that “there are sparks between them.”

According to reports, Elordi and Giannulli reportedly called it quits in August 2022 Us Weekly. The insider said the actor was “totally focused” on developing his career, while the YouTube star was “living it up” with his friends.

After relaxing by the water and swimming, the duo was seen riding a moped around town.
