In 2019, he was selected for the National Youth Kabaddi Training Camp. In February 2023, Jai Bhagwan was selected for the Indian Kabaddi team to participate in the 2023 Second Youth Kabaddi World Cup and won the gold medal in the competition.

In 2022, he started playing for Aravalli Arrows in the Yuva Kabaddi series. He played in a total of 26 games and scored a total of 297 points.
Professional Kabaddi League
In 2022, Jaibhagwan made his professional debut in the ninth season of the Pro Kabaddi League. He was acquired by UMumba for Rs. 1000000. He plays the role of the attacker on both sides.
