According to Lee, officers found 15 shell casings around the crime scene, indicating that the suspect “emptied his shell” at the musician.

“I could only dodge so far that one bullet went through my forearm, one through my foot, and one in the back which broke a rib and damaged a lung. The priority now is to continue to empty the lungs until she stops crying. Then we can get that tube out and concentrate on minor injuries,” Lee continued.

His beloved dog was not injured. “Coco is fine and appreciates your inquiries!” Lee wrote.
