An auto race accident in Colorado took the life of James Crown, an American businessman, billionaire investor and longtime director of JPMorgan Chase, on Sunday as he celebrated his 70th birthday, CNN reports. According to The Colorado Sun, Mr. Crown was killed in a single-vehicle crash at Aspen Motorsports Park near Woody Creek after hitting a guardrail.
The Pitkin County Coroner’s Office said in a news release that multiple blunt force trauma was evident, but the official cause of death is pending an autopsy. His death was determined to be an accident.
