Jamie Lynn Spears left the jungle for health reasons.
The 32-year-old was seen shedding tears on several occasions on last night’s show – despite settling in after a rocky start.

The news comes just days after Grace Dent resigned, again citing health reasons, and Nella Rose was excused from yesterday’s trial.
A spokesperson for the show said: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! due to health reasons.
“She was a fantastic campmate who triumphed at the trials and connected well with her fellow celebrities.”
Jamie’s camp friends were told that she had left the jungle and was not coming back.
Her final performance will be shown on tonight’s show.
Britney’s sister struggled at camp when she first arrived because she missed her children so much.
The Zoey 101 actress is the mother of two daughters, Maddie, 15, and Ivey, five.
She had already threatened to walk several times while struggling with life in the camp – the first time just three days in the jungle.
In last night’s show, she broke down on several occasions after enjoying one chocolate bar.
A frustrated Danielle Harold said: “That little square of chocolate drove me crazy.”
Tony Bellew – who has grown close to Jamie – also weighed in, telling the Bush Telegraph: “She’s just getting frustrated, missing her kids.
“She’s so far from home. It’s good to just go and ask someone how they’re doing. Just look out for each other. Everyone should have that attitude towards everyone.”
Before that, Jamie said she discovered a different side of herself since being in the jungle.
She opened up about her famous sister and also talked about her daughter’s near-death experience.
Jamie has insisted that everything is fine between her and Britney – after the pop superstar branded her a “little bitch” in her recent book.
She told Sam Thompson: “She (Britney) is a good big sister, she is. Yeah, I love her… Me and her, let’s go. The world saw it.
“I’ve learned to stop talking about it publicly, but you know what, families fight. Listen, we do it better than most.”
Since Grace quit on Monday after a series of grueling challenges and nine days of hard life in the camp, conditions have worsened.
Fans predicted Nella would be the next star to leave after pulling out of the latest trial – despite the public vote.
She accepted the Dreaded Bed challenge in the Misery motel room full of snakes, along with Frankie Dettori, but failed miserably.
It left the camp feeling desperate, and The Sun told how bosses feared more stars could follow Grace’s lead and quit.
Food critic Grace Dent is already back in the UK after her shock departure.
