On Sunday, March 23, Crazy people Alum, 47, shared a screenshot of the screen on her Instagram stories about flight delays details that showed a delay of 16 hours and 25 minutes for her journey.

“The new aircraft has been assigned and we are working to bring customers to their destination as quickly as possible,” a spokesman continued. “Passengers were provided with a meal voucher and fees. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Skywest on his website says that “he will do his best to inform you of the status of your flight when there is an operating irregularity”, also providing accommodation for a meal and overnight when flights are canceled “because of the factors within our control.”
Other airlines, including Jetblue, Southwest, Spirit and Delta, are dedicated to providing a “cash/voucher for a meal” if customers are waiting for three hours or more for a new flight by the Ministry of Transport.
