Japan launches X-ray telescope and lunar lander, know the significance

On September 7, 2023, Japan launched a rocket carrying the X-ray telescope XRISM and the small lunar lander SLIM to investigate the origins of the universe. The rocket, HII-A, lifted off from the Tanegashima Space Center in southwestern Japan at 10:03 a.m. local time.
