Jason Kelce Jokes He ‘Might Literally’ Be Wearing a Fan’s Grandma’s Sweater in Family Christmas Photo

Jason Kelce’s wardrobe has a touch of nostalgia this holiday season!

On Wednesday, a fan noticed that the Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, and her grandmother Kitty apparently have similar taste when it comes to fashion.

“Who wore it better? @JasonKelceor my grandma kitty, circa 2004? #Happy Holidays #GoBirds,” a fan named Jenna Winterle Kehres divided by X (formerly known as Twitter). In the post, there was a side-by-side photo of the athlete and his wife, Kylie Kelce, next to a picture of an elderly woman sitting on a chair.

Both Jason and Kitty wore strikingly similar white Christmas sweaters with red and green ornaments and leaves sewn into the design.

“This could literally be your grandma’s sweater!” the Super Bowl winner joked as he reposted Kehres’ comparison to X. He added another publishtelling a fan that her grandmother has “great taste.”

The photo of Jason and Kylie comes from the couple’s Christmas card partnership with online marketplace Minted. Their daughters Bennett, 8 months, Elliotte, 2, and Wyatt, 3, as well as the family’s two Irish wolfhounds, also appeared in the photo shoot.

Kylie spoke exclusively to PEOPLE earlier this month about how they managed to get their young children to join the collaboration, though she noted that their nanny was around to help keep the operation running smoothly.

“Jason and I definitely, it’s definitely a joint effort to wrangle our kids. Everyone’s getting up to grab whoever we can, to make sure we can keep them as close as possible,” she said. “We’ve had a few photos this year with dogs, which just adds a whole new level of challenge.”

The mother of three children also talked about Kelce’s vacation plans.

“I love Thanksgiving. I love that it’s a time to get together with family and eat delicious food, so I always want to give it the focus it deserves. And then afterward—I mean, the day after Thanksgiving—it’s just holly cheer in our house.”

Jason detailed his vacation plans on Wednesday’s episode of the show New heights with Jason and Travis Kelcea weekly podcast he hosts with his younger brother.

While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, said he’ll be “eating KFC” alone in Missouri, Jason will be in Pennsylvania with Kylie and their kids.

Jason added that the Kelces weren’t big fans of turkey growing up and would instead choose “pork chops” for Thanksgiving and then go outside to play football in their neighborhood.

Earlier this week, the brothers faced off on the field for the first time since the 2023 Super Bowl.

Monday Night Football ended with the Eagles winning 21-17 at Arrowhead Stadium.
