He has worked with Zee TV on several serials including Hum Panch (1996), Mrs Madhuri Dixit (1997), Do Aur Do Panch (1998) and Chashme Baddoor (1999) . He was last seen in Sahara TV’s comedy series “Don’t Worry Ho Jayega” (2000), playing the role of “Moti”.

Jatin Kanakia made his acting debut in the Hindi film “Vishwavidhaata” (1997) as Mr. Anand. In 1999, he acted in three consecutive films namely “Khoobsurat”, “Hum Saath Saath Hai” and “Trisakti”.
