Jelly Roll does not give up her favorite treats while he still loses weight, sharing a video of what he eats in one day while on tour – and shows that his diet coach Ian Laryos, inserts a healthy version of the singer favorites.
“This is all I eat in the day when I’m on tour,” said Jelly, 40, who wrapped his beautifully broken tour and will soon embark on a Big Ass Stadium Tour with Post Malone. As the singer “Save Me” wrote along the rings divided on March 31 on Instagram, “Chef Larios killed him even more, so today we wanted to show that you look a little everyday on a tour.”

“I only eat two meals a day and one bite,” Jelly said with Larios, who showed that he makes a healthier version of the favorite meal of the singer.
First? “A healthy breakfast bowl,” or as Larios called it, “a waffle bowl, a healthy surrender.”
“I talk about that, honey!” Jelly cheered.
Larios explained that he makes his own hash brown, cooked in wagyu beef, and uses chicken sausage, pepper and bones, which he says is “full of protein.” It radiates potatoes before mixing them in sauerkraut.

“Carbohydrates, has a protein, full of probiotics,” explains Laryos, presenting the first meal of the day to the singer “I’m not fine”.
“Oh, is that one with sauerkraut?” Jelly, whose real name is Jason Bradley Deford, asked, stirring the bowl. “It all started because I love Waffle House. Laryos came up with a way to not only taste taste, but also good for my belly.”
Hash -brown waffle house bowls can reach a huge 920 calories, on the restaurant website.
Next is Jelly’s favorite bite, bite of peanut dough with sliced bananas. “It’s one bite a day, so this is something that really looks forward,” Laryos explained.
“Oh, peanut butter bananas?” Jelly says when he sees the dish, visibly enthusiastically.

The second and last meal of the day is a pouring of milk without milk, which is a “protein pouring” joke. It is made of cash register, which Laryos says is “almost cheese”.
Then, Laryos cooks chicken thighs in bone soup, adds homemade fries and true fat with caramelized peppers in some bone soup. It also adds chicken sausage and rice flour to their engraving.
“Yo, cheese cheese are fiery,” Jelly said as he was snacking. Larios has previously shared this for exercise when they are on tour, “We walk [around] Arena, playing basketball, boxing. ”
