Jen Harley is the ex-girlfriend of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, an American television personality best known for being one of the eight main cast members of MTV’s blockbuster reality series Jersey Shore. In June 2018 and May 2019, Harley appeared on the Jersey shore. She works as a real estate agent. Harley’s parents are no longer alive. Her father died of cancer in 2016, and her mother in February 2020.

Harley had an on-again, off-again romance with Ortiz-Magro. She began seeing him in July 2017 after he ended his relationship with Jersey Shore co-star Sammi Giancola in 2016, and in December 2017 they revealed they were expecting their first child. However, their relationship was a rollercoaster from the start. With the cheating-themed episodes of Family Vacation airing in 2018, the former couple had an ugly fight, traded insults on social media, and eventually broke up.

Harley was arrested many times for various reasons. Harley was taken into custody in June 2018 for allegedly towing Ortiz-Magro in her car, but was released due to lack of evidence. She was arrested again in May 2019 for allegedly throwing an ashtray at her then-partner Ortiz-Magro’s head at a New Year’s Eve party in a Las Vegas nightclub.
Then, in late June 2021, she was arrested again for allegedly pointing a gun at her boyfriend Joseph Ambrosole and threatening to kill him after a night of drinking, followed by a repeated altercation that began while driving home from Pho Kim Dugo in Chinatown to the last stop at Crazy Horse III.

Harley decided to seek treatment for her alcoholism after several stints in prison, and entered a 28-day rehab facility in Las Vegas. She explained that she sought help because she wanted to be the best mom for her children. Harley has a three-year-old daughter, Ariana Sky Magro, with her ex-partner Ortiz-Magro, as well as an 11-year-old son, Mason, from a previous relationship. Despite the conflicts between Harley and Ortiz-Magro, their daughter remains their first focus. Ariana, Ortiz’s daughter, is the love of Magro’s life.

In 2019, Ariana was kidnapped by her father Ortiz-Magro, for which he was imprisoned. Ortiz-Magro allegedly punched Harley and forced her with a knife, threatening her. He then forcibly grabbed Ariana and barricaded himself and Ariana in the Airbnb. When the police came, he wouldn’t unlock the door, so they had to break it down. He was then tasered.
