Jenna Bush Hager Encourages Hoda Kotb to ‘Free Your Boobs’ amid Today Wardrobe Mishap: ‘Everything’s Hanging Out’ 

Hoda Kotb’s Fourth of July got off to an interesting start!

During Thursday’s episode Today with Hoda and JennaKotb, 59, had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction as she told co-host Jenna Bush Hager, 42, that the red dress she wore for the holidays “didn’t fit.”

“The bra doesn’t work. The outfit doesn’t work. The bra is too big, the straps are too small. I can’t do it. You know when you’re wearing a dress you shouldn’t be wearing it,” Kotb said.

“You know when you say, ‘Everything hangs out. That’s not right.’ But you know what, I just decided I was going to do it,” she continued. Have you ever gone to a party and said, ‘It’s okay’. And then you spend the whole party dragging and stuffing yourself? That’s not good.”

Bush Hager added, “Or you have too much cleavage and you don’t like it at first,” as Kotb insisted, “I don’t want it. I don’t want it, it’s too much.”

Admitting that she felt like she was “falling out”, the conversation then turned to whether the reporter should remove her bra completely.

“Will you ever just free your tits?” Bush Hager asked as Kotb replied, “No! No! No!”

Not stopping there, Bush Hager called out, “Free your tits, Hoda. It’s time,” but Kotb was having none of it.

Bush Hager said, “At this point in your life, when you’re almost 60 years old, free your breasts. Let’s free them.” She even asked, “Do you want me to take off your bra?”

Not surprisingly, Kotb joked, “No, I don’t want to!” despite Bush Hager saying she could “do it very quickly and get through it.”

“The answer is no,” Kotb told her co-host.

This is certainly not the first time such a topic has appeared Today with Hoda and Jennaas mom-of-three Bush Hager talked about her son Hal, 4, watching her get ready in the morning earlier this week.

In the July 1 episode, the reporter shared, “Recently when I’m getting dressed — if I’m doing my makeup, doing my hair, getting dressed — which is what I like, Hal likes to come over there and say, ‘Look at your coins. I like your coins. .’ ”

“Now he’s talking about something else … it’s warts. But he said, ‘Look at your big bucks.’ And then I feel a little humiliated in my own home,” she said.

The week before, on June 24, Kotb spoke with guest host Sheinelle Jones about going skinny-dipping with her daughters Hope, 4, and Haley, 7.

“We’re skinny! It was so much fun! My kids were screaming. They were literally screaming with delight,” Kotb recalled.
