Jenny Milkowski’s career

Jenny has made a name for herself as a segment host, social media influencer, and traffic and weather radio host. She has reported and hosted numerous shows on topics including food, real estate, social media, technology, and lifestyle. After graduation, Jenny worked as a television reporter for the Rockfleet Network before moving on to outlets such as WGN-TV and DevHour.TV.

She wrote a comedy blog about her love and relationship for ChicagoNow, part of the Chicago Tribune Media Group, which had more than 1.43 million page views in one month. She also spent two years working for the Chicago Tribune Media Group. In addition to being a reporter and journalist, Jenny worked as a producer for CLTV and WGN Channel 9 from November 2007 to September 2012 before moving on to work as a producer and writer for CBS Channel 2.

For several prominent Chicago radio stations, including WLIT, Kiss FM, WGCI, and WVAZ, Jenny worked as a traffic reporter. In 2011 she co-founded MUU Media LLC, a Chicago-based media company focused on hosting and video-on-demand. As for her career, she made a breakthrough in 2012 when she joined CBC Corporation as a television journalist and producer.

For her work as a writer and producer at CBC between 2012 and 2015, as well as her work as a traffic reporter for the Total Traffic Network, Jenny received multiple Emmy nominations. In 2013, she became a member of the Total Traffic & Weather Network. Jenny won an Emmy in 2015. She was their on-air traffic reporter and also wrote and produced news for other stations.

For approximately three years, Jenny served as Fox 32’s main morning traffic anchor and understudy for various “Good Day Chicago” features including tours of local restaurants, art exhibits and charity events. Despite her best efforts, Fox 32 fired Jenny because they wanted a more serious traffic reporter. Jenny had no animosity towards the Fox 32 employees, though she was disappointed to leave her position and miss the chance to say goodbye to her viewers.

She independently released the following statement via her social media channels: “What saddens me the most is not being able to say goodbye to the people who are most important to me…the viewers.” She makes me so sad.

Although it pains me to write this, I know great things are coming up and I will continue to entertain and inform people across various media platforms. Along with renowned journalists Tamron Hall, David Novarro and Maurice DuBois, Jenny has worked as a traffic director for WFLD-TV in Chicago and as a traffic reporter for major radio stations.

She hosted the “Jenny Milk and Jay” radio show along with Jay Styles during the afternoon drive. WSHE-FM station 100.3 in the third largest radio market carried “Jenny Milk and Jay”. Jenny also acted as a producer, and the series’ name comes from her childhood nickname “Jenny Milk”. When Jenny’s retirement from Hubbard Radio AC WSHE/Chicago was announced in early September 2018, Robert Feder congratulated Jenny, saying: “Although I am disappointed that
