The unfortunate one-car crash occurred when Collins, a defensive lineman, lost control while exiting the highway, causing his pickup truck to flip several times before finally coming to rest in a grassy area, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department reported.

Tragically, his vehicle veered off the road, overturning several times before eventually coming to rest on a grassy patch.
