Jessica Simpson Goes for the Glam in All-Black Sparkly Look for the Holidays — See Her Festive 'Fit

Jessica Simpson celebrates the holidays with extra sparkle!

The 44-year-old multi-hyphenate gave fans a sneak peek at her latest holiday look on Thursday, Dec. 26, with an Instagram post on her Jessica Simpson Collection account.

In the shots, Simpson rocked an all-black ensemble with a shimmering off-the-shoulder top, matching black pants and a gold belt with different sized buckles. To complement the striking seasonal outfit, Simpson opted to wear her hair in a messy bun with a center part and went with lots of gold jewelery – including some big earrings – to tie it all together.

“Wishing you and yours all the best this holiday season ❤️ xo, Team JS,” the caption reads. Along with photos taken by photographer Alex Berger, Simpson also tagged makeup artist Joyce Bonelli and hairstylist Ken Paves.

Simpson’s latest Instagram ‘fit comes just weeks after the “Sweetest Sin” singer shared a photo of herself in a daring black and white fishnet look. On December 16, Simpson posed on her Instagram Story wearing a black mesh bodysuit with intricate cutouts, along with a bright satin crop top and miniskirt set.

“Can’t wait for you all to hear the soundtrack of my soul,” she captioned the image, sparking a musical comeback. Simpson last released an original studio album, Do you knowin 2008.

Back in September, Simpson spoke to PEOPLE about her eponymous label’s Fall/Holiday 2024 clothing and shoe collection and how it reflects her new “Rockabilly sensibility.” As she explained, the pieces helped her get “into character” for her long-awaited return to music. “There’s a rock and roll western running through the pieces of this collection,” she said. “It’s a celebration of how different forms of artistic expression are woven together.”

“If I put on some of what I’m feeling artistically, I’ll be able to express myself better in the words and music I write,” Simpson added.

She later seemingly teased a “comeback” by sharing photos of herself in the recording studio on November 11. The musician released seven studio albums: 1999. “This return is personal,” she added. – It’s an apology to myself for suffering everything I didn’t deserve.

Simpson – who shares son Ace Knute, 12, and daughters Birdie Mae, 5, and Maxwell Drew, 11, with husband Eric Johnson – is also preparing a documentary series about her life with Gunpowder & Sky. She announced the project in September.
