Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel Stroll Along the Seine During Paris Getaway

Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel are enjoying Paris!

On Saturday, the couple shared a video together on Instagram of themselves walking along the Seine in the French capital.

They were both wrapped up in warm coats as they walked hand-in-hand in the clip, which was set to the classic French song “La Vie En Rose”. Jonathan, 45, paired his gray jacket with aviator sunglasses, while Zooey, 44, wore a blue jacket, colorful patterned headband and black sunglasses.

The New girl alum and Property Brothers the presenter met for the first time in August 2019 while filming an episode of James Corden Karaoke in a carpool alongside their siblings, Emily Deschanel and Drew Scott.

Jonathan and Zooey, who announced their engagement in August 2023, talked to PEOPLE about their love story in a rare interview together in October 2023.

They reflected on the public’s surprised reaction that the actress would be dating the HGTV host.

“Why I do not want to be with you?” the Dwarf the star said then, talking to Jonathan. “Our personalities are so compatible. It’s just that we’re from different worlds.”

In an Instagram post to Zooey in honor of her 44th birthday earlier this month, Jonathan appeared to tease their upcoming nuptials.

“Happy birthday @zooeydeschanel,” he wrote. “Something tells me this is going to be the best year yet! 😉🥰.”
