Jordi Roca’s disease
The famous pastry chef Jordi Roca, who is also co-owner of the El Celler de Can Roca restaurant, was struggling with a health problem related to his voice. He started having problems with his voice in 2016 and announced it on his social media channels.
He revealed that he had suffered from acute hoarseness for almost seven months, which made it much more difficult for him to have a normal conversation. He attributed his longstanding cervical dystonia as the cause of this disease.
However, Jordi Roca’s state of health is improving. Namely, on March 15, he announced on Instagram that he had made remarkable progress in his recovery. In his message, he thanked people for helping him during this challenging journey.
