Josh Flagg is an open book when it comes to his cosmetic procedures.
The A million dollar listing in Los Angeles star, 38, sat with Juicy Scoop podcast earlier this month and he was super honest about the plastic surgery he’s had in the past.
“In over 20 years, I’ve done everything,” Flagg told host Heather McDonald.
McDonald then asked the reality TV personality if he had “enhanced” his butt, to which he replied, “actually yes.”
“He sucked the fat out of me,” Flagg explained of using the liposuction surgery he had. “It was really good fat, so I had them inject it up my ass.”
Flagg clarified that he didn’t even want to get a butt implant. “They were like, ‘You have two choices, we throw it away or you could use it somewhere else’, I said ‘We could stick it somewhere’.”

The realtor also revealed that he has had “many” nose jobs, the first of which was to repair a deviated septum at the age of 16.
Because he ended up with poor results after not following post-surgery protocol (“Like an idiot, I didn’t like the packing they put in your nose, I couldn’t stand the feeling, so I pulled it out,” he said of what led to his “collapsed” nose), he had two more operations to correct it.
“I had to take it again. I had to wait six months later and it wasn’t perfect. So I went back a third time and the third time was the charm.”

Flagg isn’t the only one A million dollars List cast member who has spoken openly about plastic surgery. His former colleague, David Parnes, revealed in a 2016 episode Watch what’s happening live that he had undergone rhinoplasty years ago, which he had redone because the internal build-up of scar tissue was affecting his breathing.
To whom did Parnes go the second time? Flagg’s surgeon of course. “I said, ‘Josh Flagg, your nose looks fantastic.'”
Heather Bilyeu Altman, wife of star Josh Altman and a real estate agent herself, also revealed in 2022 that she had a nose job two months before meeting Josh, while dismissing rumors about her appearance.
