Josh Hall’s new relationship is now Instagram official!
The 44-year-old Tennessee-based real estate professional shared a photo with his girlfriend, model Stephanie Gabrys, in an Instagram post on Monday, Jan. 13, amid his ongoing divorce from his estranged wife, HGTV star Christine Haack.
In the photo, Hall and Gabrys are sitting in front of an outdoor fireplace with her on his knee. Christmas decorations and picturesque mountains can be seen in the background.
“Happy 35th to this real life [angel emoji],” Hall captioned the post. “Thank you soooooo!!,” Gabrys replied in her repost.

On Jan. 10, a source told PEOPLE exclusively that Hall and Gabrys are “perfect” for each other.
“Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville and they’ve been happily dating for a while,” an insider said at the time, noting that Hall “wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”
Hall “is trying to live a more private life and has no desire to be a celebrity,” the source continued. “He didn’t make a show of the relationship, but it’s no secret.”

“Josh is just humble,” the insider added. “He is very happy with his life and is looking forward to 2025 and what is on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in a while.”
The source notes how Gabrys has been by her boyfriend’s side amid his split with the HGTV star.
“Stephanie has been by Josh’s side through it all,” the insider says, adding that their “relationship is new, but they’re getting closer every day and Josh said she’s a breath of fresh air.”

Gabrys — who splits her time between Chicago, Florida and Nashville, according to her Instagram — also accompanied Hall on his birthday trip to Big Sur, California in September.
In Hall’s recent Instagram post, in which he reflected on the “tough year” he had in 2024, Gabrys left a tender comment: “Proud of you and the strong, patient, hardworking, generous and good man you are! 2025 will be the best year yet!”
The model also called the former Santa Monica cop “the absolute cutest” in the comments of her recent Instagram post, writing, “You’re on my and many others’ blessing lists too! Thank you so much for you!”

After nearly three years of marriage, Hall filed for divorce from Haack on July 15, 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences” and seeking spousal support, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. Their divorce proceedings, many of which take place in the public eye, are ongoing.
Haack is also in a new relationship with businessman Christopher Larocca, PEOPLE confirmed on Saturday, January 11.

Larocca is a native of California and is the president and chief executive officer of Network Connex, according to the company’s official website. He and Haack had reportedly been dating for about three months when news of their relationship broke in January. Daily Mail was the first to report it.
Haack’s new boyfriend reportedly joined her on her trip to Italy in October 2024, according to a photo of the pair allegedly holding hands during the getaway. The couple was also seen cozying up at a holiday party in December, according to the paper.
