Hough, 35, arrived at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards on Sunday with her chin-length blonde hair in a sleek style tucked behind her ears — revealing that the hairdo she shared on Saturday was fake!

She made the new bob official on Instagram on Monday as she shared her look from the awards: a plunging Grace Ling gown and a smoky eye.

Hough also gave a cheeky nod to his new act in the caption, writing, “Keep it short and sweet 😉.”

The actress’ hairstylist, Riawna Capri, also debuted a blonde bob on her own Instagram account, writing, “Have you seeneeeeee 👀 ???”

“I’m cutting my own hair,” she said in the video as she checked her progress in the salon mirror. “Oh, that’s so much fun! I like this length.”

As she put some finishing touches on her haircut, Hough told her followers, “This is the new way, guys. You come and get your own haircut.”
