June Malia started her acting career in 1996 with the Bengali film Lathi. She subsequently appeared in Bengali films such as “Nil Nirjane”, “Podokkhep”, “Box No. 1313”, “Teen Yaari Katha”, “Ebar Shabor” and “Zulfiqar”.
In 2008, she starred in the documentary “Journey to India: A Family’s Journey.”
She made her television debut in 2011 by hosting the Bengali game show “Didi No. 1” Season 3. June also appeared in the web series “Virgin Mohito”. In 2018, she played a negative role in the Bengali family drama Resham Jhanpi. She is widely appreciated for playing the villain in daily soap operas.
