Kaitlyn Bristowe Addresses Rumors She’s Dating Tayshia Adams’ Ex Zac Clark: ‘Wish I Could Share My Truth’

Kaitlyn Bristowe has no patience for rumours.

On Monday the former Bachelor The 38-year-old star has addressed speculation that she is dating Tayshie Adams’ ex, Zac Clark, after a video surfaced of Clark holding her as she wrapped her arm around his neck at his New Year’s party. The video was made after Bristowe and her ex-fiancé Jason Tartick unfollowed each other on social media.

“One would think that by now I have gotten used to hatred. I’m not. Your words hurt. Your shaming hurts,” Bristowe wrote on her Instagram Story. “Part of me feels a little sad and honestly embarrassed for you because you shouldn’t be spending the first day of the new year like this.”

“You shouldn’t be so invested in someone you don’t know or respect at all,” she continued. “It’s actually scary, and I know looking inward might be even scarier for you. But bullying is next level. You are allowed to have opinions and feelings. But you don’t even know the truth, and your HATE should actually have consequences.”

She also called out fans who criticized her following her split from Tartick, 35, earlier this year, saying: “I’m really worried about your mental health. that’s not right. Not. I pray. Shame on you for treating someone you don’t know like this. I didn’t kill anyone. I had a party with some of my favorite people. Shame. On. YOUR. Not me.”

She added that she is “not one-dimensional” and stressed that she does not take their opinions to heart.

“What you see on people’s social media doesn’t mean you know them,” she said. “And this part might sting… but I would never, ever want to trade places with you. Your life looks so sad. So I won’t accept the opinion of someone I wouldn’t trade with.”

The Off the Vine The host noted that online haters “want to feel big and loud and important, but you’re small-minded and sad.”

“Thank you to everyone who is kind on my platform. I love you guys. You are the real one,” she continued.

“I wish I could just share my truth and tell you my side. Sometimes it’s hard to bite your tongue,” she concluded. “But just keep going and keep having your little fictional story in your head and believe what you want to believe. Social media la la land. Good lawwwwddd.”

Bristowe also directly responded to a fan’s post about her relationship with Clark and speculation that she was cheating on Tartick, writing: “Hi! What I want to say here is that there has never been an ounce of cheating and I will not stand for this rumour. You are all BASTARDS here. Anyone. Swear on the lives of my dogs.”

“There was no cheating. So we can leave it alone. Thank you!! Happy New Year to everybody. Go donate blood or something!” she added.

The Dancing with the stars the champion and Tartick broke off their engagement in August after four years of dating. She previously competed on Chris Soules’ season Bachelor 2015 and got engaged to Shawn Booth on her season Bachelor 2015. The couple separated three years later in 2018.

As for Clark, he and Adams got engaged on the season finale of The Bachelorette 2020. They broke up in November 2021. Adams is now dating Summer house star Luke Gulbranson.
