It’s been a while since the couple was rumored, and Joel is rumored to be Kaleb’s husband. While the group is best known for their work on the Wyse Guide lifestyle YouTube channel, their followers seem to care more than just their YouTube output.

The same goes for Kaleb Wyse. Anyone who watches Kaleb’s videos on a daily basis knows how close he is to his blogging partner Joel. The second person is in charge of practically everything that goes on behind the camera to create content about their lifestyle.
After more than a decade of working together on the YouTube channel, their bond is stronger than ever. However, after seeing their closeness, many assumed they were romantically involved, and now online searches are flooded with stories that Joel is Kaleb’s husband. However, this assumption is wrong as the couple has never confirmed such rumors. Kaleb is also not married. Although the duo don’t seem to be flustered by the rumors, they often talk about their decades-long relationship and how they found their way in love together.

The two enthusiastically talked about their common interests, bringing them together as best friends in a video posted on their YouTube accounts in 2014, sharing the story of founding the YouTube channel and their long term relationship.

Joel said,
Kaleb and I met in college. We took many of the same courses, so we had to meet and discover that we were very similar in many aspects of our lives.
After discovering that they share a passion, they know that their relationship is eternal. Kaleb’s mother and grandmother influenced his early interests in cooking, gardening and landscaping. To shine a light on Kaleb’s passion, Joel suggested creating a blog where he could share his desired lifestyle. Kaleb immediately accepted the idea and hit the road. YouTube channel from 2012 to 2021 has 103 thousand subscribers, there are many advice videos about farming life.
Commenting on their efforts in encouraging people to live a simple and light lifestyle in connection with nature, Kaleb said,
Right now, we both really enjoy using the talents and skills we have in those abilities.
Continuing to build community through their wholesome content, Kaleb and Joel expanded on their ideas by creating a website, The Gray Boxwood, that more detailedly outlines their rural lifestyle.

Growing up on a farm in Iowa, 33-year-old Kaleb Wyse sees life in a different light. The inspiration for what he does today as a content creator comes from his family’s lifestyle. After graduating from Mennonite High School, Kaleb joined Mennonite University with a degree in business.
