She later attended the Miss World 2019 competition as a spectator and posted on Instagram that she would be competing next year. On March 17, 2022, she was crowned the winner by Toni-Ann Singh, the 69th Miss World, at the Coca-Cola Concert Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico, during the 70th Miss World competition. . After winning, she said:
I was shocked when I heard my name called, I still can’t believe it. I am honored to wear the Miss World crown and can’t wait to get to work. I will remember this amazing chapter in Puerto Rico for the rest of my life. “

The competition is being held in two parts, one in December 2021 and another in March 2022 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 40 semifinalists returned to Puerto Rico. In the final round, Carolina was asked, “What is the most important discovery that has yet to be discovered?” She responded,
We learn something new every day. We all have unique experiences and we all have something to learn about ourselves. I discovered that we only have to spend very little to enrich the lives of others.
This is a career we can all afford and trust me, it’s worth every penny. If you want to discover something new, try to learn to have more empathy, compassion, and gratitude, because as I mentioned before, we can all do it.

Carolina is a social worker and enjoys volunteering. She volunteers with a non-profit organization called “Zupa Na Pietrynie.” Her Beauty with a Purpose project, Zupa Na Pietrynie, provides assistance and awareness to homeless people in crisis. They provide hot meals, food parcels, drinks, clothes, masks, legal advice and professional medical support to nearly 300 people in need in Łódź every Sunday. She also helped vaccinate about 400 people without proper identification. She also helped build the first social bathroom for people in Łódź’s homelessness crisis.
