The former townhouse of Johnny Depp and Kate Moss is no longer on the market.

The Federal-style home the former couple once lived in for several years in the ’90s has been sold, PEOPLE can confirm.

Located in Greenwich Village, New York, just half a block from Washington Square Park, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home sits on approximately 6,321 square feet with nearly an additional 1,200 square feet of private outdoor living space.

The house was built in 1826 and remodeled in the early 1900s, with an elegant brick facade.

Part of the multi-story property’s unique appeal comes from its exterior and current layout, which is configured as four residential rental units.

Each unit at 112 Waverly Place features large windows, private outdoor space and wood-burning fireplaces. The building also has new foundations, reinforced steel and updated plumbing and electrical.

Depp and Moss’ former townhouse was listed at $13,500,000 and closed at $12,005,000 after being listed by Compass’ Randy Baruh and Corcoran’s Blumstein Team, the husband-and-wife duo of Meris and Kenny Blumstein.

Others who have called the neighborhood home include numerous celebrities and artists, such as playwright, essayist and justice advocate Lorraine Hansberry, according to the Corcoran’s website.

According to a report from New York in May 2023 6 square feetthe carriage house was previously rented for $16,000/month in 2021.

Depp and Moss began dating in 1994 before ending their relationship in 1997 after several years together and a rumored engagement.
