Katie Price in neighbour row at new home as fiance Carl Woods is reported to the council

KATIE Price has become embroiled in a neighbour row after her fiancé turned their new home into a second hand car lot.

The 45-year-old shocked fans when she moved out of her Mucky Mansion last month to move into a rented property in Essex with car salesman Carl Woods.

And the on-off couple have certainly made an impression on their new neighbours thanks to Carl’s thriving business, which has led to him being reported to the council.

A source said:  “Neighbours spotted several cars parked outside the new home in Essex and have reported him to the council.

“They haven’t applied for a licence to run a business from the home and cars are always coming and going – it’s really loud.”

The Sun understands the cars have now left the home after the council contacted Katie and Carl.

It’s not the first time Katie and Carl have had to face the council about second hand cars.

When she was living in the Mucky Mansion officials at the local council launched an investigation into the “alleged running of a second-hand car business” but the case was closed in March last year.

A second enforcement case was opened in October and it is “pending consideration” – with enforcement action still to be decided.

Under planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised change of use of the property.

Those breaking the law can face an unlimited fine, which would include costs of repossession and clear up, if they fail to comply with an enforcement notice.

A rep for Carl said: “Carl was not conducting any form of business activity from his personal address.

“Carl simply resides at the property and his successful car dealership is run from a separate secure unit that his company rents.

“Carl has no ongoing enforcement cases with the local council.”
