Katie Price jets off on another trip as court date looms after judge’s stark ‘NO holidays’ warning

KATIE Price has gone on another trip as her trial date approaches – after a stern warning from a judge “no holidays”.

The former model (46) posted a picture on Instagram of herself with mom Amy and daughter Princess on the Isle of Wight.

Katie was all smiles in a straw hat, designer sunglasses and a cream shirt.

She captioned the post: “Three generations. Me, the princess and my mom today.”

One fan said: “Absolutely beautiful family, bless you all. Katie, you are truly beautiful in every way.”

Last Friday, Katie was warned she would be arrested if she went on holiday instead of appearing at her next court appearance.

The former model, 46, appeared at London’s High Court on Friday to face a bankruptcy hearing.

The court appearance came hours after she was detained at Heathrow Airport on Thursday night.

As he exited the plane, Price was confronted by officers who were serving an arrest warrant.

A High Court judge issued the order after Price failed to appear at a hearing earlier this month.

Instead, she left the UK and flew to Turkey to undergo her sixth facelift.

She wore a headband and sunglasses as she arrived at the High Court for the hearing on Friday.

“You have to come on that date, there are no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to come on that date.”

The judge warned Price that he faced repeat theft if he did not comply.

Price confirmed she understood she had to attend and later added, “I’m going to move my diary for that.”

Judge Schaffer also quashed an arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by another judge after she failed to appear for a preliminary hearing.

During today’s hearing, the judge also censured Price over claims she was charged £50,000 for legal advice.

Price told the court she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, adding: “I’m having a hard time in court. I was evaluated by another higher court.”

Judge Schaffer told her that she had to file for it and that she should seek legal advice.

Price replied: “With legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I was charged £50,000 up front.

“Now in bankruptcy at this point, bankruptcy takes 40 percent.

“It’s hard for me to do that. I can’t even get legal help because I’m making money.”

The judge told her she simply needed a lawyer who should not cost more than £500.

Then he snapped, “This is a discreet app. You don’t need Einstein for that.”

Price arrived in court surrounded by photographers earlier for the 2 p.m. hearing.

The hearing was held at the Rolls Building, but Price attended via video link from the High Court staff office at the Royal Courts of Justice.

She was remanded in custody to appear after her arrest on Thursday evening.

But Price was granted bail by an out-of-hours judge in the middle of the night.

It comes just days after she underwent £10,000 eye and chin surgery in Istanbul after her usual surgeon refused to do the work for her.

And despite knowing about the warrant for her arrest, Price was seen enjoying her holiday as she soaked up the sun at the five-star hotel.

A source previously revealed that Katie extended her trip due to fears she would be arrested with staples on her face after the surgery.

They told The Sun: “Katie is actually extending her holiday and plans to stay longer in Turkey.

“She is worried she will be arrested at the airport when she lands back in the UK and will have to go to jail before the metal staples are removed from her face.

“She’s really worried about getting arrested in front of Harvey, and that would upset her.

“It is better for her to hide in Turkey and recover there.”

Price herself admitted that she would be arrested upon her return to the UK from holiday.

In a statement pleading for the “protection” of her son Harvey, she said: “I am aware that I will be detained at the airport, which is obviously what the courts feel is necessary.

“Of course, I hope that because of my son who is with me, it will allow some dignity and protection at least for his sake.”

Price added: “This will be extremely upsetting for him to see.

“Even though I understand the importance and seriousness of the matter, I feel like I’m being treated like a criminal.”

Price declared bankruptcy in November 2019 and again in March of this year.

At a hearing in February, she was ordered to pay 40 percent of her monthly income from adult entertainment website OnlyFans over the next three years toward her first bankruptcy.

She then went bankrupt for a second time in March owing more than £750,000 in unpaid tax.
